I vote for Coran and Ajantis - I liked to have them in my party. I liked also Xzar because of his stupid speeches.

Kaigan was cool! "I'm gonna make us all STINKIN' RICH!" Much better than Korgan, IMO.
I also liked Branwen and Dynaheir. Too bad they weren't included in BG2.
Honorable mention: Yeslik. There's no other NPC in BG2 that would have been like him. Anomen?!? I don't think so!

Old Queesy, of course (Quayle, that is)! If he wasn't so intelligent, he might be scared of the dark, remember? Also very cool were Eldoth (what a self confidence), Kagain (great voice: Money runs the world, kid...) and Montaron (purest evil).

How would Lilarcor mix with Xan? "You know what? Long time ago..., I was, like..., a Mooooonblade!"
Hmmmmmmm.
I also liked Tiax! The little megalomaniac was just a blast to have around. "Tiax will rule the world!"

"i also realy loved safana's voice and manner "

These discussions really show just how subjective our responses to the npc s are. No offence , but seeing Safana receieve her due was, for me, a most satisfying moment. She was a skilled thief, for sure, but I found her attitude quite irritating. Ah well, I don't mind Anomen, and many people dislike him...

Khalid and Kivan, they were so sweet when you had kept them in the party for a while and they started giving each other small compliments.
Xan for his incredible depression. He was hillarious

Branwen - she was a good cleric with a cheerful, loyal disposition (even if her True Neutral alignment did make her complain a bit in my rep 20 party), a quirky accent and some funny lines. "By Valkur's strapping buttocks!", anyone?
Oh, and Khalid. Yes, I liked that man, mainly because he wasn't yet another stereotypical bloodthirsty fighter. Besides, if he could capture the heart of our esteemed Jaheira, he must indeed have had a lot going for him.

Branwen, Ajantis, Kivan and of course, Xan.
