Bug with Viconia? need help!

Ever since Viconia joined my party she has been acting as if blind. If she uses long distant weapon she engages melee combat anyway, and her vision in the "fog of war" is af she was blind too. I have been playing several hours after I got her, and dispel, restoration, sleeping, nothing works to dispel her blindness. She has no bad status symbol either. I don´t want to dump her because of npc romance. What should I do?
I figured out maybe it was her beeing a drow blinded by the sunlight, but what sunlight do you see down the tombs in the graveyard district? pls help me, if this is a bug or not.

Hmm, Ive never heard of this bug before...

Do you have the latest SoA/ToB patches installed??

Try killing her and raising her again. If you use ShadowKeeper, go in under Effects and see if she has any stated she shouldn't have, and in that case remove. I have heard of this problem before, with various NPCs or with the whole party.

You could check her inventory page for cursed items, alternatively go to a priest and try using his "remove curse" and "dispell" on her. Very strange however, could be one of those illithid control circlet bugs.

I don't suppose she was hit with the spell Holy Smite? I seem to recall there was a bug where the blindness was permanent and couldn't be dispelled. I think Baldurdash fixed it, so you might try downloading that if you haven't already.
