How do you lvl up after all you major and minor attributes are 100?
If at first you don't succeed, reload and try again.

Most of the Master Trainers will continue to "train" you even after you've reached 100 in the skill they train. Just keep paying them the money and they will train you even though your skill level cannot increase. You should still be getting the credit for the skill training against your "ascending" to the next level. The right books will also give you credit for a skill level up when you read them even if you are already 100 in that skill.

They don't count towards level ups (or as the game calls it "ascending") but they do count when determining the level up multiplier bonus.

if u get an item that increases an ability, take it off in between a train session after 100. you'll be able to train it. repeat process to keep gaining. of course, having 100 and 200 is no difference, and at 200 it costs like 50,000 :)
