Does anybody know what happens in Hell depending on the choices you made?
I played good and I remember I got:
10% magic resistance
+1 to CHA & WIS
immunity to +1 weapons and less
+1 to all of my saving throws
something else that I forgot (anybody?)
So what do you get if you play evil?

No, it really doesn't mention which rewards you get for which choices you made.
But it's alright. I already found it somewhere else. (Oh my God! I went somewhere else!!
)
FEAR TEAR (the Nymph cloak)
Good: Immunity to +1 weapons or less
Evil: +2 CON
SELFISHNESS TEAR (sacrifice for companion)
Good: +10 resistance to magic
Evil: +2 to your AC
GREED TEAR (the Blackrazor sword)
Good: +2 to all saving throws
Evil: +15 to HP
PRIDE TEAR (the dragon)
Good: +20% resistances to fire, cold and electricity
Evil: Gain 200,000 experience
WRATH TEAR (Sarevok)
Good: +1 to WIS and CHA
Evil: +2 to STR
So in general, I think the good ways are better.
+2 CON? Who cares? All it does is give a bit more HP and it makes me regenerate very slowly (Ring of Gaxx does that already).
+2 AC? It's at least -10 now, so it wouldn't matter.
+15 HP? No big deal compared to the improved saving throws.
200,000 XP? Oh puh-lease. What about the XP cap?
+2 STR? I don't give a thing about that, since I use Crom Faeyr.
The good ways are better.

in the gamebanshee quest for hell it says:
Evil
Kill Gold Dragon (22,000 xp)
Dragon Inventory: Time Stop, Wail of the Banshee, Sphere of Chaos, Ring of Protection +2, Robe of the Evil Archmagi, 20 Arrows of Dispelling, 20 Bolt of Lightning
End Game Reward: 200,000 xp
- Good
Talk to Dragon
End Game Reward: 20% Cold, Fire, Electrical Resistance
Test of Fear
- Evil
Take Cloak of Bravery (made from nymph skins)
End Game Reward: Permanent two points to your constitution
- Good
Reject cloak, will have to fight 3 Elder Orbs, 4? Gaulths (~78,000 exp) or use Prot Magic or anti-fear spell/item to get past
End Game Reward: Immune to +1 weapons and less
Test of Selfishness
- Evil
Character selected is killed. In my game it always selected Minsc. Protection from Magic caused 'spell ineffective' results but he died anyway. I was able to resurrect him and he seemed just fine and his usual happy self as he killed Sarevok in single combat. ("Great Fun!")
End Game Reward: 10% Magic Resistance
- Good
Player character loses 2 of his maximum HP, 1 dex, and exp (but I didn't seem to lose any exp)
End Game Reward: 10% Magic Resistance
Test of Greed
- Evil
Kill Djinni (11,000 exp)
End Game Reward: Gain 15 HP
- Good
Give Blackrazor (20,000 exp)
End Game Reward: Bonus of +2 to Saving Throws
Test of Wrath
- Evil
Attack Sarevok (20,000 exp)
End Game Reward: +2 Strength - this is a special +2 bonus that works on top of items like the Girdle of Frost Giant Strength and during shape changes.
- Good
Sarevok attacks you (20,000 exp)
End Game Reward: +1 Wisdom, +1 Charisma
but hell area is quite buggy, i got 10% magic resistance anyway, even though i chose the evil path

This depends a little. extra strength is better for all but the ones who have the crom faeyr.
test of fear is better to be evil always i think, immune to low level weapons wont help much
if you are right about selfishness i must say evil path is better there too, ac is always needed, such low magicresistance isnt good on its own, maybe if you are paladin or wizzardslayer

We agree on the Crom Faeyr thing.Originally posted by sigurd:

I currently have 19 CON. The only thing 21 could do is give me a very low regeneration rate (and a few extra HP). I don't need that since I already have a bunch of regeration items on me.
Why would I want a AC bonus when it already is below -10? From that point, it really doesn't matter anymore, they can only hit you on critical hits.
hmm, why would they? lotsa monsters have less than 0 in THACO, balor good example.
More usefull than ever in expansion, better than small resistance. Con isnt the best perhaps, but generation is generation, got a few extra hp too, 10 or so. Cant see any enemies use +1 weapons in expansion anyway

Come on guys, are you all power-players? "must get all the best things!" Personally, I enjoy roleplaying much more than powerplaying. I always make the decisions I would really make, not the ones that give the best bonuses. Perioid.

Robin Hood
Centuries ago in England........It was an era of chivalry and magic. The evil Prince John unleashed an iron fist of tyranny upon the people. They called out for a champion.........one man answered that call. His name, was Robin Hood. Fearless in his quest for justice Robin Hood challenged the power of the high warlords. While protecting the helpless and the poor. Willing to face death for what he believed, along with the beautiful, lady warrior, Jaheira, the mighty Minsc, and the wise Keldorn. Robin Hood forged a legend that lives on today in............
Hmn, I chose the "evil" path at the test of Selfishness, but was still Chaotic Good...Originally posted by Lucian:
one thing people seem to forget, is that if you choose ANY evil path in hell, your alignment gets shifted to neutral evil, if you arent that already or worser
