why cant i get burne on my side? and two other questions

i cant get burne on my team i have the temple of elemental of evil on my map do i need to have a certain quest done or be high in any skill or a certain time

and one other question for some reason jayfie is never at the buliding of the castle i have the mission but hes never there

and can someone send me a link to the patch

You'll have to do some actual adventuring at the temple before Burne will join you.

Be sure to finish all the Hommlet/Nulb adventures you can first.

As for Jayfie, you first have to visit the camp, then return to the building site.

ya i went to the camp then went back to the castle then to the buliding hes still not there

Jayfie should be at the camp, but only during the nighttime.
