AFTER THE PUZZLE BOX AND THEN BEING ASKED TO GO GET SOME HEAD IN A TOMB (FROM THE MAGE IN BALMORA , THE ORC LADY) DO YOU GET VAMPED FROM GETTING THE HEAD ??

If I remember correctly, the answer to if you get vamped by doing that is: no.
