Ok... so im on my way to Khuul so i can get onto that nasty cold island rite. I stumble upon a lady in distress. She is a personal dancer who believes to have dropped her ring in a small pool of water behind her. She claims that we can talk in private about my reward if I find her ring... the problem is I have searched that damn little pool for quite some time and can't find it.... any suggestions? has anyone done this little deal before.
Also, before i forget, if you do find this lady, goto climb on the rocks to her left ( far side of the pool ) right before you get there you will see a ghostly archer. Kill him/her/it and he will give you an amulet that gives you that chameleon like skill (80%)... It will allow you to sneak up on just about anyone.

Spoiler: These two ladies are robbers. I don't think your supposed to see the chameleoned archer. To find the ring you need a a light spell (I think I used a potion of light). Once you light up the bottom of the pond you should see the ring hiding in the seaweed. As soon as you give the ring to the dancer the two try to ambush you. Knowing this you can skip gettin the ring (its a lousy common ring I think) and just kill the two of them outright for the chameleon ring.
