ToSC & Baldur's Gate

Is it possible to access the ToSC scenarios after you kill Sarevok? Or is BG1 finished as soon as he is killed?

Yes, BG1 ends as soon as Sarevok dies. You can get do other quests up until you enter the temple where Sarevok is doing the ritual.

What Coot said is true. But if you played and finished BG without the ToTSC expansion pack installed you can still play the new quests from the finished game. When you install ToTSC and start it up you can chose to "continue" the finished game. Can't remember the screen choices you need to make but it's pretty self explanatory. I believe the game restarts outside of Sarevok's Temple. Now you can do the ToTSC quests. You will have to refight the battle with Sarevok to finish the game, however, and he is much tougher now.
