Moist, Succulent Peaches

Congratulations, you have found my hidden cache of peaches. For those who care, I’m not the Witchking. There really is a Gilgalen, and I might just be her… or someone else entirely.

Has anyone seen my peaches? I had a whole bushel of them, but I set them down and now they are gone. They were ever so luscious. I miss them so. If you have my peaches, please go ahead and taste them, but save some for me. :(

That's quite the first entry for somebody who registered way back back in 2001 ;)

I don't think we have any peaches here though, just vast stretches of cherry orchards :p

Just a moment everyone...

Dragoon wench, why have you decided to tell me about your cherries when the title of this discussion is clearly Moist, Succulent Peaches? We'll pop your cherries when the time comes, but my mouth is watering for some peaches right now.

OK, we can continue... :)

Your peaches are mine, Gilgalen! :D I am using them as rocket fuel for my homemade spaceship! Yes, your Moist, Succulent Peaches will serve me well... Image

:o I'm glad my moist, succulent peaches please, but I never thought they'd be incinerated. It seems like such a waste.

If you want to touch the stars you've got to make some sacrifices. I'm like the guy who single-handedly built the first rocket and went to the moon. What was his name again? Apollo Creed right? :D

Nope, it is not my peaches. Could it be something closer to home?

More Blatant Plagiarism

This Is Just To Say

I have eaten
the moist succulent peaches
that were in
the icebox

and which
you were probably
saving
for breakfast

Forgive me
they were delicious
so sweet
and so cold

Ms. Dali, It seems we share a passion for moist, succulent peaches. Unfortunately, the peaches you tasted probably aren’t mine. You see, I like mine just before I sleep, and I don’t like them to get chilled. The peaches you had for breakfast from the icebox mustn’t have been mine. When I find them, I’ll invite you over for a bite.

Don't misunderestimate us, DCI readers :p

@VD: I do believe those were plums that you ate, not peaches ;)

@Gilgalen, I am indeed sorry to inform you that I have no knowledge of any such peaches. If I do arrive upon such information, however, I will, of course, inform you as soon as humanly possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Vicson, that is so kind of you. I feel I can count on you to be on the lookout for any peach that belongs to me.

How are we supposed to tell they are yours? Do they have your name on them?

*sigh*
I suppose that on the chance multiple people have lost their peaches all at the exact same time: Please let me know if you find any peaches, but particularly those with very little fuzz and a pleasing tast that is at once both sweet and tart. Thanks!

My name is misspelled again, though this time in a new and exciting way. I do not know whether I should cheer or wail.

And on an unrelated note, should I find the peaches can I expect a kind of a reward for my efforts? I know being materialistic when it comes to peaches is evil and mayhap unheard of, but I just have to know.
