Well, I downloaded the latest patch the other day, and then tried to start up the game. I was given a message saying that my Nvidia drivers were out of date, even though it worked fine before the patch.
So, I upgraded my drivers as promted. The game quality is now shockingly low. I didn't notice that much until I tried to do a little swoop racing(which I normally find pretty easy) and found it to be damn hard, the movement of my bike being pretty jumpy whereas before it was quite a smooth movement.
Yes, I put all of the settings to their lowest for the smoothest possible running and it's still poor quality.
I'm using a GeForce2 MX/MX400
Is there any way to uninstall the patch, and the driver? Or any other advice anyone might have.
I could always uninstall and then re-install the whole game, but wouldn't that lose me my saved games?

I have the same grafixcard as you.
I also patched KotoR and it replied i had to upgrade my driver.
(i checked and there was a new driver available)
The game runs perfect for me now
(1024 best textures 2x anisotropy)
