i checked the strategy guide for the quest and it says to talk to Alvela Saram. so i went and talked to her but she says no pilgrams allowed and she wont let me in. can u tell me wut to do?
Perhaps what you need is Milo's letter to you to trigger the right dialogue option? Did you go to her private quarters first?
Or, if your security is high enough, you can just pick the lock.
