Bloodmoon help (possible spoiler)

In the village of Skaal you are asked to investigate a theft. I have talked to everyone in the village and gotten some information but the Skaal leader only keeps saying that more information is needed. I do not know what more to do. Anyone capable of helping me out? :(

I had the same problem, until I stumbled upon the note on Risi Ice-Mane's bed :) Confront first her, then Rigmor Halfhand with it.
Suggestion: at the end of this quest you'll get to make a choice about the fate of one of the Skaal. Don't choose exile. :p
