I have been asked by Dawn-master ?@#$ to get the dawn ring back from a thief in the slums after dark. I cannot find this thief. Anyone know where he is. Perhaps I will consult the walk though.

IIRC, the person you need to find is just south of the Northern Exit from the slums. He will tell you to visit a house which is built on top of the copper coronet.

And he only appears during the night.

Cannot remember it 100%, but guess his name was Travis. Appears only at night, not far from NE exit.
