Bloodmoon file not found! Please help.

Post by erc323 »

I am playing the GOTY for PC and everytime I get to close to Lake Fjalding or areas of the Solstheim coast an error box pops up saying it can't find a sound file (icecracking.wav) If I press yes to continue executable the box just keeps popping back up, so I have to click no and exit the game. Obviously, I can't get into the lake if I can't get near it...what can I do?

remove and reload Bloodmoon with the CD, you won't loose your saved game but it's the only way you will be able to finish your save game, after reloading make sure you reload the last patch and then make sure all the little boxes are checked then play.

I'm not sure because I have never had any reason to remove anything from the Morrowind series but many games will ask when you try to unload the game if you wish to remove everything or just repair the game click no not everything or yes repair the game.

Good luck
