Here I found so far

Mission Vao (a young Twi'lek girl who is my party member, on my first time playing, when I met her, she speaks Basic, wow, I'm impressed. She is first Twi'lek I ever met in my first time playing)

Zaerdra

Lena (Griff's girlfriend)

Griff (Mission's brother)

Twi'lek slaves in Davik's Estate in slave quater.

Zhar

Yuthura Ban

Mercenary Twi'lek in Hrakert Station on Manaan.

Xor

Is that all I met some of Twi'lek who speak Basic?

Well, there's Master Vandar. But other than he and Juhani, I think it's only certain Twi'leks that speak basic, yeah.

strictly speaking, aren't many of the mandalorians you meet 'aliens' who speak basic?

Also, there's an Iridorian(is that right? I forget exactly what he was called) mercenary who speaks basic, in the cantina on Manaan.

And add to the list the Twi'lek swoop racer on manaan(oh, and the twi'lek swoop racing fan), the twi'lek renegade sith on korriban(correct me if Im wrong), thw twi'lek sith wannabe on korriban.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

I figured the Mandalorians, Echani etc were just clans of humans, but oh well.

No, I don't think so.
The mandalorians are stronger/have a natural healing effect, etc.

Not sure about the echani....

Rem Nac's right, Canderous (party member) had healing ability, when he is wounded, heal over time unless he had to use medpac if his hit points is low. I used him with me and Bastila on dark side path on star forge. (dark path: I hate that I killed Mission at her young age. When I killed her, I heared her groan when her hit points reach zero.)

Note: I like Mission because she had very good stealth skill and can do sneak attack on enemy if it is stunned or target is back behind her. Also, I liked her voice.

Canderous' regenerative ability is due to a cybernetic implant, I believe. It's either in his bio or in one of his conversation threads.

They're called Jawas. Iziz was just one of them. And no, they don't speak basic at all, never have.

You killed her? First of all, when do you have the chance to do that? I don't actually want to kill her, but you gotta explore every aspect of the game, right? :)

Second of all, why would you -want- to kill her? For a blue alien, she's pretty hot. Even if she is a bit young...

yes, I had no choose, you know I read walkthrough on unknown world. in gamebansee if you allow let mission let go without fight and then she joined carth and flee but it is not truth! it false, why someone don't told that statement was fake!

You know I like Mission. I hate that she died on young age when I go on dark side, you know.
