balthazar bug (spoilerish)

when you have to kill balthazar in his little palace, i encountered a strange bug. I killed balthazar once and then I travelled to the Watcher's Keep. After finishing it I looked into my journal seeiing that I still had to kill balthazar..... pretty good tho since he is quite a pushover, but wondered if this has been noticed before ? probably has been in the forum numerous times but i thought it was unique... btw 2nd time killing he did stay dead luckily
