Linu not respawning

Hello,

I've got the following problem: Linu got killed by a trapped chest in the Docks area (Chapter 1, NWN) and she did not respawn in the Temple of Tyr, nor can I find her in the Trade of Blades. My char completed her quest and I think that was the first time Linu was killed after that. I changed to another henchman who respawns normally after getting killed. So, where can I find Linu, or will she reappear for Chapter 2? Thx for any help.

That is a bug, it was not intended.
Firstly - have you patched your game to the newest version?

If you have then - my advice is, unless you have gotten far in the game, to try and restart a new game to see if the same happens. If it does - then a reinstall of the game might be in order to see if it happens again. Possible try and contact the developers and let them know of this bug and how it was caused.

Otherwise, if you aren't up for restarting/reinstalling - then there is a good chance that she will "respawn" in chapter 2 because it is a seperate module from chapter 1. But, if she died again and your game is bugged, she could "vanish" once more.

Thanks a lot for the help, I'm downloading the patch for the Mac version, which claims to fix the "Henchmen not running their on death script". Since I'm nearly through with Chapter 1, Linu will hopefully reappear soon in Ch. 2

I've got the same problem. The mercs do appear in the next chapter though.

Patching didn't work for me, and it happens in every game I create.
