Bastila's mother quest problem, plz help

i activated Bastila's mother quest while i was already in the tatooine cantina, instead of Jedi Enclave

her mother didnt appear.
does it mean i will never be able to do this quest?
i tried going out and going back in, still no mother...

Did an NPC approach your party outside to inform them of her mother's presence in the cantina? Just talking to Bastila will not activate her mother's presence per se.

it ok,
i left tatoine and i came back
and her mother was there in the cantina
