I think you'll find plenty of people here with their character at the highest attainable level, although that isn't acutally a set level - once you reach the maximum set level for your minor and major skills; you can go to jail and some of your skills will decrease while you're in there, allowing you to build them up again and increase your level once your out.

On a side note, just out a curiousity, at what level (with 100 dificulty slider) does the game cease to be challanging at all? When I was about level 55 with one of my women-healer characters I suddenly went to find master trainers in Long Blade Heavy Armour and a few other fighting skills and trained myself to about level 40 in those, and she evenutally reached level 80, and I've sinced changed characters, but even right at the end, I often had problems with monsters and the like, not so much inside the ghostfence but in Deadric ruins and just outside them

Well I'm lvl 75, and with the expensions it is still somewhat challenging at difficulty 100. Since the creatures become stronger as you become of higher level.
The Tribunal End fight was really intensive (while my character certainly is not weak)

My character is still very flimsy, Breton, Unarmoured, quite low strength and endurance (HP only about 80-85). But I still went ahead and did the quest for Azura this afternoon, and I approached the island from the West side, and levitated to the top of the hill. I summoned a Clanfear, used Aryons Dominator to take over the Deadroth, and used Aryons Helper to summon the Frost, Flame and Storm Antronches. Just at that moment my 'covert' Deadroth was attacked, and my four summoned creatures ran down the hill.

It was an incredible battle, I killed the Hunger and looked around to see my mates mauling the Golden Saint. You genuinly felt like part of a unit and I felt awful when my Clannfear went down. Anyway, Conjuration is in my opinion the best of all the magic schools, and any items as such like the Aryon's Helper are amoungst the best in teh game. Using this Item I beat Trebonis, The **** in charge of Telvanni, and have won many battles I wouldn't have got near even as a level 30 tank character with difficulty slider above 60.

End fights are not only helped by your summoned creatures, but they distract your opponents.

BTW does anybody know if I can sould trap the guy at the end of Bloodmoon, and if so how much his soul is worth in Azura's Star?
