Is there anywhere I can store my stuff? I keep on getting 'over encumbered and have to drop some good stuff, and I want to keep it. Is there anyplace I can store stuff? Like a bank of some sort?

Please name the city, and place :P

And if there is one in Balmafora(or w/e the **** it is) that would help alot :)

drop it on the floor, it wont go away. if you have tribunal you can double click on the map and make a marker
i make lots of little stashes to come back to
or you could have a house or base, Mark and Recall back to it. keep your stuff there

Balmora! You're an awesome dude! (Dude? I think...) Anyways, I'm glad you like Balmora because my friends hate it. I use the Nerano Manor to store all my weapons and armor, and the Hlaalu Manor to store everything else. I like to lay stuff out on tables so it's all displayed nicely, and I killed the Nerano guy for a Thieves Guild quest so there's nobody in either house. (Except for the servant woman in Hlaalu Manor, but you can kill her or leave her alone. She won't bother you. Or you could lock her in her room like I did. :p ) It's kinda nice to have company. Though, in the Hlaalu Manor, there's a dead man lying on the floor that you can't get rid of. In my case, there's a naked dead man lying on the floor and it's kind of freaky. I usually put a pair of common pants on him, just to make it a little less weird. I set my Mark spell in Hlaalu Manor and whenever I get overencumbered, I just transport back there and organize everything neatly in the barrels so I know where everything is. :D Hope this helps, and if it doesn't... I don't know.

Yeah, you need a Mark spell or ring or something for Recall to work. Just cast Mark wherever you want, and wherever you go, if you want to go back to that spot, cast Recall.

You can get Mark and Recall from the Altmer (High Elf, my FAV race...) in the Mages Guild in Vivec, she's on the top floor, near the guild guide, in her own little room, Im thinkin of killing her and taking her room, its so, quaint! ;)

I think you can also get Mark and Recall from the two Dark Elf ladies on the bottom floor of the temple in Balmora... I'm pretty sure... If you want a less confusing place than Vivec. :)

most guilds have rooms set apart as "barracks" for there members, i find myself using these bases on the character i am playing as, i.e. a fighter, stays keeps his/her stuff in the fighters guild in balmora. My mages keep there stuff in the vivec mages guild, in the little room in the corner. And my thieves keep there stuff in the South Wall Cornerclub™....

I moved all my stuff to Hlaalo Manor but I kept getting Overflow Bags, so I just put some stuff there and some in the Fine Clotheirs house. :p

If you have the PC version you can download a "house" plugin. Most of them don't have any special items in them - just a couple of large capacity trunks to put stuff. That way you can have a weapons chest, an armor chest, etc.

*spoiler, highlight*
Or, if you have Bloodmoon, once you complete a part of the main quest you are given a house in the Skaal Village. Of course, this is only useful during the Bloodmoon quests because recalling there and then having to walk all of the way down to Fort Frostmoth to get back to Vvardenfell would be a pain in the arse.
