I've run into one problem with SK in ToB. I inadvertantly gave Keldorn and Minsc more than one Whirlwind when I should have been giving them GWWs instead. When I tried to edit it with SK to reduce WW and increase GWW it told me that the char had reached the max amount of innate abililities allowed. I had to drastically reduce all their other innates just to be able to correct my mistake. So there are SK probs with ToB chars. At the time my party was still in SoA doing Watchers Keep and hadn't really started any core ToB areas. Anyone else experience this prob? Is there any fix?

It isnt an error. SK just has a maximum of innate abilities which only the game itself overrides. Thats why, if you want your character to have an ability, you need to give it to him in the beginning of the game...while there is still room for it.
Cause very early in the game the maximum of special abilities, which can be added through SK, are reached.

For example: my Archer is level 7 and he has called shot (1 or 2) and a few of your own special abilties (horror, heal, cure poison, whatever). Thats means that you have 6 or so abilities. SK only allows you to add another 4 or 5 special abilties then.
However, the more you level up, and the more special abilities you get (especially at the end of SoA, begin ToB) you already gained those 4 or 5 abilties which coud possibly be added with SK.

I dont now if you somehow can get around this maximum.

Just know though, that it isnt a ToB error.
