need help how I can make a new multiplayer party

i make a new multiplayer party but my friends can't connect 2 the server why? and what are the ports i have 2 ports but the dont go can someone help me?

Can your computers cominucate with eachother? (transfer files etc.)

Have all the computers got different IP addresses? and aren't getting all the informtion from just one computer?

have you tried pinging the server? Thats always a good indercater for weather or not you guys are set up correctly.
