My Party....flame or comments welcome

Post by CtrlAltDel »

Here is who I am shooting for in my party

Me: Kensai (level 10, going to 12 to dual to mage)
Minsc
Jaehira
Anomen
Yoshi
Edwin

I will switch yoshi out for jan eventually, not really keep Imoen after I spring her out of Spellhood. Thing is I could see taking Minsc out and putting Keldorn in, what do you think of that?

Not too sure who I should try and keep in my party, but I dont want to wait to long to get ppl and waste XP on other ppl I'm just going to drop anyway.

Thoughts/Comments?

thanks, but yeah, edwin will more then likely just last till im a decent mage. could drop him for korgan later.

i didnt think of korgan just because im playing a good char, and didnt want to have to worry about my rep getting to high and him leaving, although i guess i could 'make' sure it doesnt get too high.

but i do like keldorn for a tank, and anomen has some nice spells and is a better cleric then jaehira.

as for the rest, you do, pretty much have to swap characters now and again to do quests and such. IMO valygar is better dead then actually going with you through the PS, but i dunno how i'll do that quest this time yet.

for now i'll most likely drop misc for keldorn.

im still pretty early into the game (chapter 2) and i pretty much just need to activate everyone's personal quest and get the XP before i drop them.

I say, keep Jahiera mainly for her INSECT PLAGUE!!! And she isn't a bad fighter once you get her Belm and good armor

Hmmm, seems to be an effective party, but from a roleplaying point of view I'd never mix good-aligned and evil-aligned characters. Just a thought...
