I violated the law, and apparently my Azuras Servant counted as a stolen item, because it got taken away (plus i had to pay 5 gold) now my quesiton is, i know in the jails they have evidence chests so i can get it back, but where is the jail?

Lock level 50. Chest marked 'evidence'. Thats what you're looking for. Go to where you got busted and cast divine intervention to find the closest one if you are unsure.
