Few Bugs-need help

ok, firt off my game has suddenly become very choppy, i dont know if its because the town has firballs coming in ervy so often or what. Also, i'm having trouble talking to npcs almost all of them say cannot not speak to blabla, blabla appras busy. i can talk to SOME if igo in and out of a house somtimes, but usually not. any ideas? thanks

Make sure you are not running CPU-intensive programs in the background (P2P programs, anti-virus scans, music/movie encoding, distributed computing clients, what not) while you play.
