Or through the limited wish spell. Select one time wish and then select the unique quest option. You will get a note that leads you to the docks where you meet a drunken beggar. Offer to help him. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure after you talk to all the NPCs involved the merchant/thief in the temple sewer will mark the grove on your map.
