I was in Mournhold today, thinking to myself how nifty it is you can buy yerself a little pet. A pack rat. Of all things. Not a guar, even. I was thinking to myself, now how awesome would it be if you could have a pack... daedra. Or a pack snow bear. I personally would much rather buy a pack ogrim than a pack rat. Think how much more stuff that mofo could carry! And you'd walk into a room or a cave, and NOBODY would mess with you with a big guy like that keeping your back...
What are the opinions on that?
pack rats and scribs

There's a "pocket pet" mod which allows you to buy a pet you keep in your inventory, and place on the ground when necessary for fighting. I don't know that it can carry anything, and it may conflict with a few other companion mods. You can look for it on Morrowind Summit.

Actually, it's called Pocket Pals, and it's a series of mods for different kinds of critters. The mod author is Andoreth. Just do a search on his name in Morrowind Summit's mod database, and you'll find his stuff, readily enough.

Abigail´s Petshop mod allows you to buy pack donkey, which can carry 800 lbs of stuff, costing 1800$. Also, you can buy lots of other type of animals to fight for you. I recommed this one.

It's not for me to say, Beornica, but perhaps you should give thought to buying a PC. Macs are superb for graphics work, but PCs have the decided edge in the variety of apps and games available. Still, that's your choice.

Very true, Fable. In fact, at first, my husband HATED my mac since we could really only use it for my work, obviously not games. But he recently decided, since everyone we know's pc's have crapped out about 50 times while our mac has stayed steadfast and true, that it's not so bad. there may be virus protectors, but nothing beats a mac for being unfrustrating. The pc thing IS tempting, though....

What a wonderous love it is
To bind two souls in faith,
Chained completely together
With never a false word,
Weal and woe, wish and real,
Woven each together
From first kiss to last breath
First and last whispered in love
