Where can I get decent spells?

I'm looking for a fortify strength spell so I can enchant items with it, the only problem is that I don't know where (or even if) these are available.

Also I'm (still) looking for someone who sells Scrolls of Summon Golden Saint. If this is available from a Mage's Guild member can you tell me what rank they will accept you at (as in what rank will they barter with you). I don't really want to join them but if it wasn't too much bother to get the rank I might then be persuaded not to execute the bearer so I can steal them instead

One thing I might add ... what armour is the best to enchant? Most armour I use (Medium being my favorite) only has 40 or less enchantment available, which means it's impossible to do a good CE enchantment, and that's if it can handle one!

A lady in the caldera mages guild sells the golden saint scrolls

any fortify attribute spell will do and if you look in the MW yellow pages there is a link to the spell search i believe

No armor is good to enchant, only exquisite clothes and some shields can hold ce enchantments

Took the words right out of my mouth. Except a glass helm isn't too bad for enchanting I don't think, but I'd be very supprised if any medium armour was any good at all - the best light and the two best heavy armours are both better, which and the fact that light is better kind of defeats the object of the excersise in having medium in the first place.
