Speed up the Keep Timer (spoilers)

Post by Sytze »

As some as you may know, in my current game I have D'Arnise Keep as a stronghold.

However, I wont be spending much time in Amn anymore, since I've done most of the quests before heading over to Spellhold.

Now, I checked the walkthrough to see how much events still need to happen before I face Roenall (and I want to face him, since it will be my first time that I will fight Improved Roenall). And there will be alot of events to come before finally meeting with Roenall.

So I wondered, does anyone of you know a way to increase the timer of the keep. So that events either happen very fast, or straight away?

You are mistaken. I dont think the Banter Packs help you fasten the Keep events.

No, I'm guessing I should be looking more in the "console"area...

i had the distinct impression that the keep timer was done on game time rather than an individual timer.

if you go back when the "gold has been placed in your keep" message comes up, you should get the event.

I am not sure about the first part, thats why I am here. I guessed that the keep timer can go faster just like romances... Where you can also use a console to trigger an event.

About the last part; I know, but I'm kinda roleplaying, and I dont want to travel/rest/wait for weeks...

I haven't seen the improved Roenall Mod. Where can I find that? Actually I never finished the fighter stronghold quest the first time around so never fought Roenall. Is the original battle cool? I'm thinking my characters won't even sweat with all the powergaming I'm doing this game.

If you could be a little more specific with:
-what do I have to edit?
-into what should I edit it?

Then that would be a great help ;)

A solo transmuter straight out of the Irenicus dungeon wouldn't have trouble with Roenal's 'army'...it consists of something like 3 low level fighters or somesuch.
