anyone else run into a guy named Khalid habib alcmed in Docks or Wakeens promenade?
Who is he?
and why dose he keep throwing stuff at me?

No, didn't see him. But if memorie serves me well, isn't Khalid Jahiera's ex-husband?

i believe he was created as a character competition. the guy who won made that guy, so they stuck him in there.
he has no real part in it...just a goofy thing. if you go to one of the temples, he'll be there as well, and the cleric will tell you a little about him

When you enter the docks for the first time in the east side he will come and throw something at you,he is kinda lame and he looks like a thief.(btw, his name is NOT khalid it's habeeb or something but NOT khalid)

After your encounter at the docks, he will appear again at the Temple of Ilmater in the slum district if you go there, and throw some coins 'at' you. By the way, if you wait awhile after both encounters you can pick up the scimitar that he throws at you from the ground and the coins as well. I do not know if there are other encounters after those two, but it seems very likely. The scimitar seems like your standard non-magic scimitar but there is a chance of the scimitar he throws at you being permanently stuck in your quick weapons slot.
