I am having trouble compleating quests due to the message "'Blank' is to busy to talk right now." Why are so many people in the game unwilling to speak to you when you are trying to start or finish a quest? My rep. is average and I am a n-good charachter. Whats up?
You are experiencing a well-known bug. It affects just about everybody who installs Throne of Bhaal under Windows XP or Windows 2000 (Service Pack 2 and up). The official patch (which was released very quickly) fixes the problem. You can download it from Bioware.
