Prisoner in Tel Fyr

So, I was getting the propylon index and raiding the Corprusarium and I found this girl who had been captured by Uupse Fyr. (Those names are funny) Anyway, I led her out and she gave me her amulet and said to talk to Athyn Sarethi. I go to him, and the topic of neither her nor her father comes up. Does anyone know where to find this elusive father?

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! you are kidding me!!???!?! i took forever searching out those people trying to solve the mystery of 'delyna's locket' and it was soooo frustrating, like the dissapearance of the dwarves... argh.
