Need some help, need to find out how you can learn new spells or spells that you buy to memory.
The only way to learn new spells is to buy them. Any scrolls you find are "cast once" only. Once you have bought a spell it automatically slots into your spell repertoire. Just bring up your magicka menu and you will see it listed there, ready to use, provided you have sufficient magicka and a high enough skill in the particular school.

Oh, and here's something interesting that I personally only found out a little while ago -
Know how you can get some npc's to make a spell for you? Well, the list of options only goes according to what spells you already know. So, say you want to create a feather spell, and you want 50 pts, but can only find a 10 pt spell. Buy that 10 pt spell, and then the next spell maker you find will be able to make you the 50 pt spell. You may have known that already. But if you didn't, doesn't that make things easier than searching all of Vvardenfell looking for someone who can make you the spell you want?
you know what they say about all work and no play...

sniggers at beornica... Ok, but is it just me or do spells you buy seem to have more of a chance of working than spells you have custom made??? and why do my spells change their probability of sucess from time to time? i know it has nothing to do with the items i wear, but they change an dit bugs me...

Your fatigue and amount of amount of magicka affect the probability that your spell will work. And I don't think store bought spells nessessarily work better than custom made ones so much as the ones we custom make are usually way better, and therefore use more magicka or require a higher skill. And don't snigger at me! I may be a real nerd, but so are you! I'd stick my tongue out at you, but the little smiley icon isn't working!

i dont know about magica, becaseu usually its the same probability rating from a hundred down to the minimum pts needed to cast the spell, but ill look into fatigue... experimentation in magic... ok and i am not a nerd!! i think i am really really cool but i am the only one who truly understands that. :D  hahahaha...
