silver staff of peace...

ok i have to give my mouth a gift, a sliver staff of peace... which if i remember correctly paralyzes when strikes. the game seems to be full of everything you dont need until you finally want it. then it dissapears. I got rid of my initiation present from master ayron, buecause i thought it was kind of useless... ok well if you have any ideas where i could purchase one, that would be great!

I thought such an item only came available when you yourself got promoted to Mouth ?

i belive there is one in the arena storage area, near the entrance to the morag tong.

you don't need to go anywhere near the morag-tong. just in the arena storage area in the underworks. oh be careful of those rats though

All these people have a Silver Staff of Peace, you can steal it or kill them for it. None of them are needed in the Main Quest:

Galar Rothan: Sadrith Mora, Telvanni Council House, Interior
Crulius Pontanian: Moonmoth Legion Fort, Interior
Eldrilu Dalen: Vos, Vos Chapel
Alenus Vendu: Tel Vos, Services Tower
Uvele Berendas: Indarys Manor, Berendas' House
Dileno Iloran: Vivec, High Fane

yes, I couldnt find any in the arena storage, so i figured that since it was a staff preists or cultists would have it... wiped out 3 imperial cults and 2 temples before i got the one in high fane...
