you can't craft rings - for arms and armor your cleric / wizard /druid needs that feat...

EDIT: you can craft a few necklaces and some good amulets - with the feat "craft wondrous item"

Crafting some neckalaces and amulets... comes under a craft wonderous item feat. You can't craft rings - a 12th level caster would be required for that in dnd.
