adevturer's mart quest?

in the items bit of this stie under some of the items it says that there is a secret stash. what is this and do i get to it? it is where you get the "T'rahcie's Plate +5". purchased from the
"Waukeen's Promenade - Purchased from Ribald Barterman in the Adventurer's Mart (secret stash)"

Well, maybe not, but better safe than toasted.

I'm not entirely certain about that specific item, but I do know that after you return from the Underdark and get back to Athkatla, Ribald allows you access to more items.

yeah..u can only access the secret stash after returning from the underdark, and it costs 50 bucks every time! the armor you're talking about..its good but i think its also cursed so i wouldn't buy it
