Group Creation Advice Needed

I reformatted my computer a while back and lost my saved games, which really is not happy.

I started a new group planning to get the following:

- Folken (Skald)
- Minsc
- Aerie
- Nalia
- Keldorn
- Valygar

But now, I'm beginning to consider being a cavalier and getting Anomen instead of Keldorn, and possibly Imoen instead of Nalia.

Now, since the topic of Imoen versus Nalia has been discussed many times, the focus is upon Anomen.

My questions regarding him are:
- can he max out as a cleric?
- what stat boosts does he get as a result of his quest?
- what are his proficiencies?

And finally, regarding Imoen:
- can she max out as a mage? Has anyone done it?

Any other advice on this dilemma would also be appreciated.

To your question.
Imoen can get as high as possible, the thief class XP does not come in consideration by the game, she can get to lv 17 that is the maximun level for mages in the game.
Amomen can cast all cleric spells, he does have warhammer and 1 hand and shield profiences but the game changes his level acording to your, he can became master of warhammer.
After the kighthood he becames lawful good and his WIS becames 16.

By completing his quest to knighthood..Anomen's wisdom is raised to 16 which gives him additional slots in level 1 2 and 3 spells...dont know how many but its worth it.

Imoen can reach level 17 no matter what level your party is when you get to her. which means she can max as a mage...plus she has an extra spell per level that nalia does not have. I recommend using her and buying a scroll case or two, fill them up with good high level scrolls for her so when you find her she can memorise them all...this will probably give her 1 level right away.

if your playing a good pc than anomen is a must 21 level caster,and why not have two paladins in your party i do.
