The shops only sell Mage scroll.
So where the hell is priest scroll?

The only priest scroll you can buy is restoration.
Oh, and you can get some scrolls of Cure serious wounds off of the bodies of the newly slain hobgoblin captains.
What do you need the scrolls for?
So you wouldn't need a priest in your group?
Or is it that you thought the idea of having some cleric-cast only priest scrolls in your backpack in allow more spells to be cast beyond that your cleric can memorize - like it's the case with mage scrolls?
I think the reason that there're no priest scrolls is that you would become a bit too powerful, as both Rangers and Paladins can cast them.
Imagine your team march up on Kangaxx with a Ranger, a Cleric and a Paladin with three scrolls of Sunray...
Also, priest spells are "prayed" for, not cast out of books or memory as mage spells - that could be a reason also.
