Paladin quests, where is prelate of the radiant heart?

I killed firkraag, and the knight guy told me he would set up a meeting to let me join the order of the most radiant heart. But when i go to their HQ the only one who seems to want to talk to me is ryan trawl who gives me the fallen paladin quest.
How do i join the order? who do i need to talk to and where is he?

Hope someone can help.

You need to explore the Radiant Heart building. The Prelate is in the backroom in an orange plate mail.

still stuck

so here's the deal...
1st off: this is not the first time i've played BG2 as a paladin, only the first time i got this bug!!??-
(i'm a paladin/undead hunter) i killed firkraag, rescued the kid, the father told me i should go see the prelate at the radiant heart, i went there, and nothing, i then read this post, chkd again, and the only person in an orange armor is keldorn... he doesn't offer me to become a paladin for the order.... what do i do?

help is apreciated, very sad right now....

He is there, in a room north from the big hall with a heart on the floor. (edit: north in this case means up and left

)
