elf city Suldanesselar

how soon after starting the game can I get into the elven city of Suldanesselar? I really want to get my hands on the elven cloak and boots there but don't want to wait until the middle or end of the game to get them. Can you get to the elf city right after leaving Icernius's prison or is that area too difficult that soon?

Without cheating it is not possible to get to the elven city you mentioned without doing a significant amount of stuff.

If you are a theif or stalker (hide in shadows) most of this can be done without taking too long. Can spoil further if required. - Curdis
