Ok here goes:
Inquisitor
-Carsomyr
Berserker (13) dualed to some kind of thief
- 2x Katana
Berserker (13) dualed to cleric of some kind
-FoA and Crom
Berserker (13) dualed to mage of some kind
-Qstaff (Magi)
Archer
-Tansheron's bow (by the way, is this the best bow or is another better?)
Here are my questions:
After reaching the necessary levels, does the thief and mage get the ability to wear the big plate mail armor that the berserker can?
Rangers, Paladins, and Druids can't be dual classed, correct?
Is 13 the right level to dual class for the fighter? Will this leave me with enough experience in ToB?
Thanks.
PS:
In ToB will druids jump from like the 13 or 14th level barrier all the way to whatever 3 million is?
My party... Will it work for ToB?

bards, paladins, sorcerers, monks and barbarians can not be dualclassed.
the gesen bow is better than tansherons bow.
gesen bowstring is found in the tanner's lair.
gesen bowshaft is found in the golem vault in the spellhold dungeons
yes, they can wear plate at higher levels when you pass the level you had before dual classing, but, except in the case of the cleric, you will not could use the thief and mages abilties while wearing plate
get a mage robe like vecna's robe ac5, or the bladesinger chainmail +4..you can still use thief abilties in elven chain, though with a sligth impairment to thief skills. ill suggest using the shadow dragon scale, or human flesh +5 if your beserker thief is evil

First you can't dualclass to a thief/mage/cleric of some kind, just to the plain classes.
I'm not sure if the Gesen Bow is the best, personaly I prefer longbows like the Heartseeker or Mana Bow, they need arrows but I think they do more damage and elves get a bonus for them.
Depending on when you want to dualclass, you might get some problems I think. In the worst case you will be stuck with three low level mages/thiefs/clerics and with only one tank until they reach level 13 with the second class.

That party won't do at all, no sir. I can't believe some of you people are actually considering playing through ToB for the first time without NPCs. Well, different strokes for different folks, I guess.
The short bow of Gesen is indeed better than Tansheron's bow. It's a +4 weapon, and does some nice meaty damage in the hands of an archer. Various long bows will do more damage with each hit, but the simple fact remains that you won't be able to hurt certain creatures at all; especially in ToB, unless Black Isle decides to make some +4 arrows. Personally, I'd go with the Gesen.

The Bow of Gesen is +5, IIRC.
Have you considered making the Berserker-Mage a Kensai-Mage or Swashbuckler-Mage instead? Not exactly an originality contest winners, but adds more variety than three Berserkers.
Same for a Ranger-Cleric instead of a Berserker-Cleric. Slightly less awesome in combat, but gets all Druid spells.

I agree with The Hellion, the possibility to extend romances and greater NPC interaction I assumed would see most people try out ToB with NPC's, and later on try out custom parties.
In reply to your question, I for one would prefer pure kit characters to that of dual class, such as Wild Mage, Asassin, Kensai etc. The oppurtunity to see them at their highest levels is too good for me to miss out on dual classing.
