Haer'Dalis

I do not wish to start another huge argument as to whether bards are better than warriors, but I was thinking about getting Haer'Dalis. My party members now are - Myself (warrior), Minsc, Anomen, Jaheira, Nalia, and Aerie. I was thinking about kicking Aerie out anyway since she is very weak and is a lower level mage than Nalia anyway, and I thought having Haer'Dalis might be cool. So, does he just have Mage spells?

Yes he has mage spells up untill level 6, and he is great.
Read the post about HD before and I think you will be convenced.
