You had to ask!
Ok, my favorites are:
- Inquisitor - Immune to Charm and Hold, True Sight and Dispel Magic at twice the level, and can wield Carsomyr +5 (HA)
- Priest of Lathander - Special Abilities and great for blowing up Undead, plus it's nice to have a priest who's not going through a personal crisis
- Assassin - Powerful backstab (reaches 7X damage) and poison (mages' nightmare), plus trap-setting (golems' nightmare)

F/M/T is the easiest to play with. I never knew that there is a T/M/C...

Although all three of the following can be rather powerful, I really like them for their complexity as classes/kits
monk
archer
assassin
swashbuckler
I've played a few others but...(yawn)

isn't there ??? oh i didn't know that but what do u think of F/C/M/T just dual class a F/M/T to an cleric ASAP so u get all the advantace of all the classes (right?)

Can't do that. F/M/T is only available to non-humans. Dual-classing is only available to humans. It's that whole dual-class vs. multi-class confusion again.

Sorcerer (best mage IMO)
Assassin (great backstabb and poison)
Skald.....i think the most powerful kit. I mean: +4 bonus........i played it with korgan, valygar and viconia.....no match

I like the swashbuckler dualed to fighter at level 10(100 in detect illusion skill). To me this is the best fighter.
Blades are cool as hell, And totemic druids too. Actually I like all classes except Wizardslayers hehehe.

monk
Monk
mOnk
MoNk
an dumm
sometimes monK
*toward end o game %71 base magic resistance is better than anything else in this game. u can even challange beholders (they ll only hurt u with sometimes cause serious wounds and on a coupel of occations with lightnign, nothing else.
*1d20 fists as +3 weapon can hurt almost anything in game (xcept kangaxx. and if u have a mage in ur party to cast breach, no mage is problem). no need to use weapons (xcept u need gauntlets of crushing, made my thaco -12)
*number of attacks!!!they become exaggerated after underdark. i averaged 40 damg per fist, which is pretty kewl.
*decreasing AC and with a few magical **** u can get -7 ac.a monk can race with boots of dexterity if high lvl enuf. maybe not cathc him but still real fast.
*immmmmmmmunities.. poison, slow, etc...
*quivering palm, stunning blow. name says it.
bad sides would be cannot be hasted and i dont thinka nything else that really affected my game.
some ppl argue a berserker being mroe powerul over monk, i completely disagree and point to %71 base magic resistance of a lvl 21 monk vs lvl 18 berserker.

The Sorceror is the
BEST
class, both for parties and soloing. Look under the soloing guide as a sorceror in the hints section of the site.

My (current
) favorite class combo ie Cleric of Helm (lv. 11) dualled to Mage. This gives 3 true sight abilitles and 2 seeking sword abilities. You also have the option of putting priest spells into your contingincies and triggers. You can combine the best combat enhancing spells in the game for a TON of fun. Example:
Stoneskin
Mirror Image
Holy Power
Righteous Magic
Fireshield
Draw Upon Holy Might
Blade Barrier
Seeking Sword
Tenser's Transformation
You never seem to run out of spells and have so much flexibility in how you want to play. I'd highly recommend the class combo for anyone who's experienced at playing with all the spells.

I've always liked pure fighters for the Baldur's Gate series of games... it just seems appropriate, to me. That, and a "pure class" protagonist such as a fighter has to rely on his/her companions moreso than a multi-classed character would...I like that dependency, I guess.

Priest of Helm - I just like clerics (
Gate
)
Cleric/Ranger - (I like
Insects
spells )
Cleric/Mage ( contingency/sequencer + cleric spells)
Figter/Mage/Cleric - good for soloing (I really don't play thieves so I don't like F/M/T class)
I would like to have another class avaiable :
Ranger/Mage/Cleric - I think that it could be better version of FCM. What a pity that it is not avaiable in normal game - but maybe when I find proper utilities I will be able to create such a class -
Do you know what tools should be used to make custom kits ?
