EMINEM has new cheese dragon whacking trick!!!

Post by UserUnfriendly »

good for you!!!

in the same vein as the feeblemind exploit, EMINEM has a new tactic. he discoverd like feeble mind, a dragon will just sit there and take it if you constantly cast BLIND on him, the first level spell. just like feeble mind, the ai does not recognize as threat, and like feeble mind, sooner or later one will make it past magic resist and whack home. but better, casue its a lower level spell, thus you can have all mages mem dozens of them.

now I personally prefer the exploit with chain contingency, so each mage manages six spells per round, and using lower resist to drop the dragon magic resist down to zero, and letting the abu dahzims whack it, or using greater malison to allow vorpal weps to punch thru and have the dragon fail save vs death. but EMINEM has now extended the usefulness of the blind spell, a crappy low level filler that can be added to xyx's guide as an exploit spell!!

way to go.
They call me Darth...

Have you ever checked my suggestions? On a second thought...I'm not sure I have posted it on this forum. Anyway, you need some 10 casting to succeed, so it is more a reload cheese than a weak AI cheese...

"Blindness" is a wonderful spell to use, especially at low levels. My party, fresh from Irenicus' dungeon and still at a lowly 7th-8th level, got killed so often by those idiots in the Den of seven Vales, I decided to return after accumulating more experience. With the Blindness spell, however, you can take a whack, run away, whack, run away, whack, run away, whack, until they keel over and die. Or you can just cast spells and arrows from a distance with the same result. Just remember to Hold Person the backstabbing thief (Brennan Risling) so he won't scurry away with his loot when Near Death.

Also, since the AI is uniform, Blindness will work on ANY creature in the game who doesn't turn immediately hostile upon sight. Saladrex and Adalon were victims to this tactic.
