Where Can I get my hands on the Rifthome Axe+3?
Is that also a part of Ribalds secret Stash??

If memory serves the Rifthome Axe is the chosen weapon of Arkanis Gath, which you only do battle with if you side with the vampires.

you're right, you get it once you side with the vampires. But on gamebanshee it sais that it can be bought.

GameBanshee is wrong with Rifthome. Ribald does not sell it.
Stop clouding the issue with facts.
