TOB question

Ok I got a single player game going. When I buy TOB do I just in install it and the effects will happen?
Im confused

Yes, you will install the game, import your save into it and continue on as normal wherever you were at the point of that save. If you finished the game you will have to do the final battle with Irenicus again. The other parts of the game, Watcher's Keep and That other City(tethyre?) will be available even if your not at the end of the game, those are the add-in parts. The add-on parts take place afte the final battle...I think.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong...
