can't get into Bodhi's Lair

I joined up with Bodhi, and went to complete her first task, getting the crate from the Shadow thieves at the docks. Got the crate, now, I can't get back in to deliver it, one door is barred from the inside, and the main door, near the spider cavern is locked and no one seems to have a steady enough hand to pick the lock.

So what am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks for any light anyone can shed on my problem.

The stairs from the graveyard (NW) should be open. I've heard that there is sometimes a bug with this. Personally I've done this about 5 times and it has always worked.

"Inaccessible Bodhi Lair Fix. resolves the bug whereby after accepting Bodhi's first assignment after agreeing to work for her, the door to her underground lair is unpickably locked and therefore the game cannot be finished."
