Who Is The Most Favourite Character You've Played As?
Just wanted to get some feedback as to what people are playing out there. This doesn't necessarily have to be the most powerful or conventional character you've used. I'm more interested in hearing about the character you've enjoyed the most from a roleplay or sheer enjoyment perspective. Feel free to go into as much detail as you like; biography, name choice, etc. are all welcome.
I'll get things started.
Thranduil (NG Elf Fighter/Mage/Thief)
STR 18/65 ** Long Sword
DEX 19 ** Short Bow
CON 17 *** Two Weapon Style
INT 17
WIS 11
CHA 10
Found a good picture of Drizzt from Lady Nightshade's site to use for his portrait, and chose voice set #2 (the surly sounding one) feeling that it would match his non-charismatic personality very well. I'm using him in a small party that can only have NPC's that were with him through BG1. He's a loner, and will only tolerate the company of those he already knows while journeying in this strange new place. That means no Keldorn and no Holy Avenger. Kind of sad since he's a cool NPC, but in my last game I found that combo to be way too good!
The name Thranduil I got from Tolkien's books. He was the king of Mirkwood and father of Legolas, who was one of my favourite characters in Lord of the Rings.
I chose the F/M/T because I wanted to play something different that would give me a lot of variety in terms of abilities. Even though he will cap out fairly low at 11/12/14 I really enjoy the 'Swiss Army Knife' approach that he brings to a party.
This will definitely be my character for Throne of Bhaal.
As always,
ElvenKing

playing a cg assassin right now, stealth, backstab & poison are pretty neat.
foung a cool portrait by Brom, not sure where i picked it up from.
"Naljier Skal"
lv 15
str 10 (19 w/ girdle)
dex 18
con 15
int 18
wis 16
cha ?? (22 w/ ring, rose sword + cloak)
i lose a few originality points 'cause i named him after a bard.
his mental stats are "juiced" a bit as was planning on dualing to mage, but his thieving scores are wretched, thank god for the mercykiller & danger sense ring. he is starting to come around a bit w/ locks & traps, too late to dual now.
can't wait to get the bag of holding on this guy, he's got so much extra equipment, all the good long swords & staff mace, rings, cloaks (non detection & nymph)
if i was to do it over again w/ a thief i'd choose another kit, or plan on bringing jan along to deal w/ traps & locks.

My two favorites would be my neutral evil drow assassin and my halfling paladin. I (obviously) used Shadowkeeper on both of them, but it made for quite the good time. I used them both in the same party, by the way, and it made for some interesting role-playing...

My favorite so far was the Paladin. My rep fell too low and I become fallen, but I didn't notice untill too late to undo the damage. I became so angry that I became the slayer and killed everybody in amn or athkatla or whatever the city is called. That was good clean fun I tell you!
P.S. LoL I think I am going to try a halfling paladin next time, sounds like fun!

When logic and proportion,
Have fallen sloppy dead,
And the White Knight is talking backwards,
And the Red Queen's "off with her head!"
Remember what the doormouse said.

Some of my favorites:
- Halfling assassin
- Elven priest of Lathander
- Half-elven blade
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...
What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

I really enjoyed playing my priest of helm dualled to mage. I never ran out of spells and had great combos of combat spells and spell triggers/contingencies. True seeing as a kit ability meant I never had to memorize it as a spell and it freed my selection to better, more enjoyable ones.
Matti Il-Amin, Paladin, comedian, and expert adventurer. Proudly bearing the colors of the Blades of the Banshee
Human inquisitor (never failed to dispel hold, domination, chaos and similar spells... would be nicer if I could dispel stun...) Vampires made no problem once I found mace of disruption +1 and also I was too lazy to memorize these cleric spells...
I once rolled 18/98, 18, 18, 8, 14, 18 and It kicked ass...
Elf sorceror... greater malison and slow combo... or spell trigger(tensor's transformation+improved haste+spirit armor)

Cartoon Law III
Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

Fav Char - Hmmmm . Ive realy enjoyed my archer/cleric simply because it seemed so wrong - an acher using a sling. actualy was quite effective with everards sling, but i missed arrows of detonation and disspelling.
other fun chars - monk got to love the way these guys move. there is somthing extremly satisfying about quivering palm firkrag.
dwarvern beserker 5 stars axe 3stars dual wield - fun to the max
actualy ive had fun with most kits ive played their all prety good.

i really liked playing with:
Thorin Theelsord
lvl 23 dwarven Assassin.
i really really love backstab and sneaking around.
that with the poison abillaty it was the perfect char. for me.
now i'm playing an ranger/cleric and i'm really enjoying it to
the least fun playing i had was with a solo sorceror, i don't know why but i didn't liked it.

I'd have to say that it's my first character of all. I created her for BGI, played BGII with her and I am most certainly get the throne of Bhaal for her!

My favourite is my current swashbucler.
16/18/16/17/10/10 Strength was trivial thanks to girdle of hill giant strength
He's a pretty damn good fighter considering the fact that he's a master theif.
I was gonna dual him to mage, but I was having too much fun being a debonair ass-kicker

Extortionist and trained pain in the ass, at your service.
It is a tie between my halfling swashbuckler and my humas mage dualed to fighter at level 11.
Swashbucklers are so cool especially since i thought they were crap when I fist read the kit description.
Mage dualed to fighter suits my style of play very well and it is something that I recommend everyone to play.
If you dual at level 11 you can still get to level 18 as a fighter.
