This does seem like a bug. Also Dwarves are taking a hit to their Dexterity (max 17) and a double hit to their Charisma (max 16.) From 2nd Ed. Halflings +1 DEX, -1 STR, and Dwarves +1 CON, -1 CHR. Thanks...I will fix this.Originally posted by craig:

I wouldn't mind having a copy of T.O.B. ahead of the rest of the world, if only to see what's been changed. But, it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. I'll eat my hex editor if there's no official patch for T.O.B. and I imagine they will include all the fixes in there.
BTW the three bugs with racial stats. are fixed and written up for inclusion in FixPack 3.5. I was debating whether there will ever be one, but I think there will be. So keep the bugs coming.

Dunno if this is something that can be fixed or not but I posted a topic about kicking Haerdalis out of your party in the middle of Railis Shai's summoning ritual which could cost you your game.
Also, some minor observations... You can place some non-scroll stuff in a scroll case... the Umar Witch Project books, the Pages of the Tome of Amaunator...
And for people who installed the bottomless bag of holding patch... too much stuff inside causes the game to be jerky (at least in my case). I played a solo Archer and used Shadowkeeper to give myself a bag of holding from the start (I want to hoard stuff) and placed everything I could get my hands on in the bag (never sold anything at all)...

Craig: Hmmmmm....checked the Player's Handbook and it appears that the ability scores are correct! It's the descriptions that are incorrect as they fail to mention the maximums but do mention the adjustments. System doesn't adapt well to a CRPG where you can't see the adjustments of +1 and -1 being applied to the die rolls after they are rolled. Something is wrong and I'm now not sure what it is.
I'll let you know whan I've checked, but something is strange with the whole system.
Amphibius: I'll have a look at that Haer'Dalis thing. I've heard of people getting stuck there; wonder if they had done the same thing.
When you emptied the Bag Of HOlding or got rid of it, did the game immediately improve?
Also, the Scroll Cases hold anything papery and wordy.

Yep! Sold all the gems and trinkets, normal weapons and armor, left everything I didn't need in some chest somewhere and the game stopped jerking. When you emptied the Bag Of HOlding or got rid of it, did the game immediately improve?
Really?! That's something I didn't know! Then shouldn't it also hold other books and stuff? Not sure if it does now... guess I should check! Not that it's really that important! Also, the Scroll Cases hold anything papery and wordy.

I think so, it's just not very well explained in the racial descriptions. They only describe the PnP after-creation penalties/bonuses, which BG2 appears to apply as soon as you roll. It's rather convoluted. There should just be one number for your racial max. and min. in any stat., but it's not done that way.So quoth craig:
Yuo mean it's MENT to be like that?
Yes, they are always incremental, so the newest one includes all the older fixes plus the new ones.So quoth Lorenoth:
will your latest patch include all of the older fixes, kevin?
Amphibius: I think I am going to pull the Bottomless Bag. Someone said it was crashing their system, and I advised them if I had any more problems with it I would yank it. Thanks for the info. I'll have to write Gebhard Blucher and advise him it's causing problems.

TherforeI can´t enter any building because the computer keeps saying tou must gather your party.......

Sorcery and Shadow together as one, the arcane and the dark united. Through our knowledge and skill none can stand against us. We are as one, infallible and invincible. The Shadow Mages.
Here are a couple of bugs that *I think* no one listed before...
1) Glasses of Id. + Bag of Holding - when you stash the glasses in the bag they are SET to one charge, even if they were totaly drained or "full (3 charges)" before.
2) With a good thief, you can pickpocket the HEAD
right of that Rakshasa (Ihtafeer) while it's still in human form!!!
3) Ring of Regeneration + Full Plate Mail +2 bug - the ring does not work on a character that's wearing this armor (created by a Limited Wish spell).
BTW,Kevin man you've done a great job fixing all that stuff,I hope Bioware offers you a job
because that would certainly save us (and them) a LOT of trouble in the future.

Yes, this is in my buglist. This is a HUGE exploit bug that the player may be innocent of as...well, what better place to stash daily ability items until they become useful again than the Bag Of Holding or Gem Bag (for Rings and things with charges.) I took the time to mail BioWare about this so that they were sure to know about it for T.O.B. resolution. So quoth aVENGER2k:
1) Glasses of Id. + Bag of Holding - when you stash the glasses in the bag they are SET to one charge, even if they were totaly drained or "full (3 charges)" before.
Basically the cause of it is this: the bags are a hack, they are a .STO store file that are referred to by an item that you carry with you. What happens when you sell an item to a store and buy it back? It gets charged. So, game sees an item with a drained ability go into a .STO file. Game charges up the item. Player takes item out..."hey, it's charged. Was that a day already?" Plasyer discharges item and puts back into bag. Item is immediately recharged. Repeat ad infinitum. You can charge any item with a time-restored ability by throwing it in the Bag Of Holding or Gem Bag, such as: the Spell Trap of the Staff Of The Magi or Daystar's Sunray or the Ring Of The Ram.
Thanks...I will definitely fix that when I can. You also reminded me that others have mentioned this with Adalon's blood as well. I'll have a look at this tonight.2) With a good thief, you can pickpocket the HEADright of that Rakshasa (Ihtafeer) while it's still in human form!!!
I heard about this but was unable to recreate it. It worked just fine for me. I wonder what it could be. Anyways the Limited Wish armour had two unstated penalties to THAC0 and Movement Rate that I removed. Try the fixed one and see if they were causing this too.3) Ring of Regeneration + Full Plate Mail +2 bug - the ring does not work on a character that's wearing this armor (created by a Limited Wish spell).
When I finish up all this stuff, I think I will send a resume....maybe.BTW,Kevin man you've done a great job fixing all that stuff,I hope Bioware offers you a jobbecause that would certainly save us (and them) a LOT of trouble in the future.
It makes a "clunk" sound like wood when you move it...I think it is supposed to be a scroll that is wrapped around a wooden dowel as they used to use, so it won't lie flat. But perhaps I am reading too much into a bug.So quoth Sabre:
The ransom letter that you get concerning the silver panthaloon can't be place in the Scroll Case, bug?
Have you not installed the official BioWare patch? This is one of the bugs that was fixed by it.So quoth RA:
