Spoiler - sachel pack

I have completed morrowind part of the game . Now I'm doing Mournhold , I am a the part after the blade is forged , I've been asked by the ghost of Radoc to get some Pyril Tar from the lower caves , but there are rocks in the way and I can't seem to find a sachel pack to explode the pile . I am playing on Xbox so I can't put codes in to get one , any Idea where to get more of these sachel explosive packs ???? Thanks a bunch .

Look in all the chests in Radac's forge. In the ruins, I found a total of three charges, one of which I couldn't find anywhere to use.

IIRC, there's a chest with two satchels in a chest behind the 100-locked & trapped door next to the room with the massive robot.

the first one is in one of those rooms where that are devoted to cogs or cyllindars or tubes.

There is another one in the Hall of Winds (opposite of Passage of Whispers
in Heartfire Hall).
